I am SO happy with this generator. It starts easily and is Very quiet. Also easy to move. SO glad I bought this versus the Honda

I was very excited to order and purchase this /gen B/ serrator. It was on backorder for over a month, but it was well worth the weight. Stuart Jones did a fabulous job, keeping me informed on the status of my order answering my questions in a very timely manner.

This generator is great, it's quieter than my friends 2200 Honda, also with the remote start is the cherry on top.

I like the remote start. Runs quite, I had ran my laptop and laser engraving machine on it at a show. Worked wonderfully..

The generator is very quiet and the customer service is awesome.

Started first pull. Anxious to connect my trailer to see if it will carry one of my ac units. It was out of stock when I ordered it but the website didn’t show that. It wasn’t until after I ordered it did I get an email from Rob Queen letting me know it would be a week before it would ship.

The dual fuel option makes it impossible for me to run out of fuel throughout the night.

Just received my 4500ies inverter and followed the instructions on how to properly begin the initial setup. Very helpful instructions. Got everything done in a timely manner and pressed the remote button and it started right up. Let run for a few minutes and then I plugged in some appliances into the 120 volt outlets and hardly noticed any difference. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a good price and quality inverter generator for rving or for emergency backup.

Hooked up the propane filled the fuel tank filled the oil and connected the battery. Stated right up I plugged in my hand held welder and the generator ran perfect. Tried the remote starter from inside the garage one wall away, started right up. Oh yah it’s quiet too .
Definitely a 5 star product !!!!!

I like the quiet running sound. The power it out puts out. Mostly the affordable price compared to othe brands.

so far everything has been good. it came packaged so that there was no damage. after unboxing I put the oil in they sent, filled it with gas, connected the battery and it fired right up. I did not see anything about break in period so I am not sure about that. I found it to be very quiet. I am going to look into a pool noodle or something to hold the wheels as they vibrate when it is running and make about as much noise as the motor does. if I can stop them from rattling it will be much quieter. so far I like it but as of yet I have not tried it with our RV so not sure if it will the trailer well or not. hope it last like a Honda does

I have receivedmy 4500 ies. I have not yet used it to power our camper. However,I have set it up, and I am very impressed with how quiet the unit is. I am currently retrofitting my rear bumper on our 5th wheel so we can operate while traveling and as back up. Unit appears very well made and started right up first time with easy. Look forward to further use.
