The Flex power generator is as quite as our old Honda very satisfied

This unit is so quiet that my husband cranked it up outside the rv on the back side near the propane tanks in our bay when I asked him to set it up, I went inside for some water and to make a sandwich with no music or TV on inside, went back outside and asked him why he didn't cranked it up yet, we were standing on the front side of the RV at this point and he said "it's running right now!" My mind was blown.
We love that it's quiet, portable and has multiple types of plug in ports

Works great. Took a few hours to install, had to modify the water lines using pex. It was easier than trying to make any of the old lines line up. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to improve their hot water supply in their RV and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

We absolutely love the quietness of this inverter generator. We were using a really loud Generator before, so this inverter is like heaven, you barely can hear it running.

This is an awesome, quiet, easy to use, lift into my truck myself at 59 years old generator. Absolutely love it!

Took a gamble on this unit And so far all is good with 18 hours on genset.
The one problem is the 30 amp Rv plug design is just poor . You CAN NOT plug one flush ( no gaps ) without modifying the plug. ( can send pictures later if you want ) also communications was a challenge finding who would be able to service the unit. But I received a phone call from a Kayla Ault who was very informative on the 3300i
Let’s hope for the best ,no youtube or anything out there on the web about this unit never heard it run before

So far, so good. Easy enough to install. Did need some modifications to fit the 18” hole that was there from the 12gal water heater.
The unit works well as long as there is sufficient water flow. If flow decreases the temperature will increase.
Will update in the future if necessary.

It blew the fuse, upon install. I'm waiting on fuses from Amazon. Does it require higher amperage than a conventional hot water heater with as tank ? I have a 1994 Jayco TL G, vin #1UJBJ02M9R1SK0119.

I've had a issue with my battery and contacted yawl threw email with very poor follow up and unable to call a representative

The unit showed up fine. The door does not fit my toy hauler. It’s 2 inches too narrow top bottom sides so it will not fit. I’ve requested several times for return and I’ve heard nothing. What is it gonna take to get this unit returned or send me something that will actually fit my toy hauler. I’ve given them the measurements of what it is and I get nothing
